A Bit About Me
Miles' journey as a graphic designer began in the early 2000s in the heart of Silicon Valley, surrounded by tech giants like Apple and Intel. Growing up in this environment sparked his curiosity for digital exploration. In 2012, Miles's new elementary school introduced a computer basics course taught by a skilled software engineer. This class opened up a world of possibilities, teaching Miles how to type, code, use Adobe programs, and even build computers. It was during this time that Miles realized technology would play a significant role in his future.

In high school, graphic design and animation courses were a breeze, he also had a desire to explore new interests and sports, seeking an active lifestyle. Unfortunately, a severe injury forced him to spend more time indoors, which led him to delve deeper into the world of graphics. In 2017 and 2018, Miles's talent was recognized when he won first place 2 years in a row in the t-shirt design competition for the Jack and Jill of America Teen Conference. These accolades fueled his belief that he had something special to offer to his community and beyond. Inspired by his success, Miles started his own clothing brand, selling apparel on campus by carrying a duffle bag filled with merchandise.

Devoting countless hours to programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, and Processing, Miles began to gain recognition in the broader community for his exceptional graphic design skills. He even launched a popular line of hoodies while pursuing an Art and Technology Major at the University of Oregon. Balancing his studies, social life, and client work, Miles's passion and work ethic propelled him to take on multiple clients every week. His time in college expanded his network, enabling him to work with high-end clients and even celebrities.

Now, as Miles prepares for life after college, his focus is on creating a top-of-the-line design firm in the coming years. With his talent, dedication, and determination, he is ready to make a lasting impact in the world of graphic design.

Almighty Vision
The University of Oregon Print Shop, situated in the EMU (center of campus), was highly frequented by students, professors, and university staff, providing a diverse range of printing services. It catered to various needs, including large poster presentations and lengthy 20-page essays. Professors often relied on the shop for placing orders related to exams and class materials. The job responsibilities encompassed opening and managing the shop, operating the register, printing exams, and undertaking substantial printing projects. Additionally, the role presented an opportunity for Miles to enhance his computer skills in file management, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
As a design and technologies intern at Cornerstone Concilium in 2021, I collaborated with the HR manager to develop presentations on integrating new technology applications into the business. This endeavor resulted in the creation of a quarterly newsletter, where I actively contributed to the development of the first three issues.
As a freelancer, my mission is to empower businesses and individuals, helping them unlock their full potential through continuous learning and innovation with cutting-edge technologies. I collaborate with a diverse clientele, curating and transforming their ideas into tangible reality, while also providing a comprehensive roadmap towards success.
